Thunderball Anniversary

Filming of the fourth James Bond movie, Thunderball, started 60 years ago in February 1965. It premiered later in the year and was the biggest box office success of the Bond franchise up to that point.

Thunderball featured a duo of British icons, with the return of the gadget-laden Aston Martin DB5 and a starring role for the Avro Vulcan, hijacked along with its payload by SPECTRE.
