The headings used in this Privacy Policy are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect this policy. References to the masculine include the feminine and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa in each case.

Our aim is to protect your privacy and information as well as providing a safe and secure website for your online purchasing. Whilst we shall do our absolute best to protect your information, including using SSL encryption for the online shop area, given the nature of the Internet we cannot fully guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site and such transmission is at your own risk. By using our Site or engaging in any features on our Site, entering a competition, responding to a questionnaire/communication or communicating with us, you are consenting to our Privacy Policy.

Transfer of your information out of the UK and EEA
Your personal information may be transferred to Canada and the United States which are located outside the United Kingdom (UK) and European Economic Area (EEA). We use Shopify to operate the Site, as part of this Shopify may send your personal information to Canada and the United States. Marketing
We would like to send you information about our products and happenings at Otway & Orford, including new services, new blog posts, events, competitions and special offers, which may be of interest to you. Where we have your consent or it is in our legitimate interests to do so, we may do this by post, email, telephone, text message (SMS) or automated call.

We will ask whether you would like us to send you marketing messages when you tick the box as part of completing our online order form.
