The pocket square was created in collaboration with the Lord's Taverners and artist Helen Cooper to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Lord's Taverners cricket charity and raise funds to support the charity's valuable work. Design, Inspiration & Quality: ‘75 Not Out’ is a unique and high-quality full-size silk pocket square. The pocket square can be worn in a top pocket by both gentlemen and ladies, with ladies having the added option to wear it in their hair or have it cascading from a bag. Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the Lord's Taverners and raising funds for their valuable charitable work, '75 Not Out' has been created in collaboration with the Lord's Taverners and contemporary Australian artist Helen Cooper. Otway & Orford will donate 50% of net proceeds from sales on www.OtwayOrford.co.uk to the Lord's Taverners.

Helen Cooper describes herself as a tonal impressionist and likes to work 'alla prima', where wet paint is applied on top of wet paint, which adds a freshness to the carefully observed colours in her work. Helen's original artwork was painted in oils on one of her trademark small size canvases and inspired by her passion for cricket. Her ability to capture the essence of cricket meant that Virat Kohli, India cricket captain, was delighted with Helen's painting of him and that one of Helen’s many other highly regarded cricket paintings was selected as the cover artwork for a recent publication, ‘Cricket: Political History of the Global Game 1945-2017’. Notable collectors of Helen’s work include the ‘Australian Sports Museum’ at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, ‘The Childhood Home of Sir Donald Bradman’ in New South Wales and Australian sports poet Chris Driscoll.

In Macclesfield, the home of English silk printing, the artwork is reproduced with great care. This enables an excellent balance of design colour & clarity between the printed and reverse sides of the AAA quality Mulberry silk twill, ensuring the pocket square looks perfect whichever fold is used. The image is framed by the pocket square’s off-white border and the skilfully hand-rolled & hand-sewn 'shoestring' hem featuring the red, green & blue club stripes of the Lord's Taverners. The overall quality of this pocket square from the UK's leading maker is what you would normally expect to find only on London's Savile Row or Jermyn Street.
